Shipping/Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing BEFORE it is shipped. If you have purchased an item from the "COMING SOON" category, your item(s) will ship approximately 3 weeks after the order date.  If your order contains both in stock items, as well as items from the "COMING SOON" category, your items will ship once all items have arrived at our store.  To avoid this, please place separate orders.  
Once a tracking number has been provided for your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of Glam5 Jewelry Boutique delivering your item as promised, and thereafter then becomes the responsibility of the United States Postal Service.

RETURN POLICY:  There are NO refunds or exchanges. Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order. We only accept returns if items are defective.  Once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging, it will not be accepted for a return. If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact Glam5 Jewelry Boutique within 3 days of receiving your order. Do not send back the damaged item before first contacting Glam5 Jewelry Boutique and receiving prior approval.  Upon receiving approval, the item must be returned to Glam5 Jewelry Boutique by the buyer within 3 business days. Items returned without prior authorization will not be credited or refunded.  Once Glam5 Jewelry Boutique has received the item, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If the item isn't available, you will receive a store credit.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled if items have not yet been shipped and a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by Glam5 Jewelry Boutique within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us via glam5jewelry@gmail.com or, for a faster response, message us through the website or our Facebook page www.facebook.com/glam5jewelry.  Cancellations received after one hour of placing the order, can be refunded provided the items have not shipped, however, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.  Orders marked as "Shipped" can not be cancelled.
